Holy Cow!! How the time flies!

So practically a whole year has passed and again my writing has gone to the wayside on this blog! But here I am. I decided to get back to it! And really that is all anyone does. Sometimes life is chaotic and fast. I have had many projects, trips, and work in the last year that have kept me very busy. As I look back, I realize that is how life moves. There are ebbs and flows of busy, and then space, and then busy, and then space...well you get it.
What have I learned from all that...take time out once in awhile. Be good to myself. Practice what I know will bring me balance. Enjoy it all! Live fully! This is it people, this is your life, your creation. What are you doing lately?
